Return Process

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned device, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
