Yes, all our devices are 100% authentic and come with a verification seal. You can verify your product's authenticity by scanning the QR code on the packaging which links directly to the manufacturer's database.
How often should I replace the needle cartridges?
For safety and hygiene, needle cartridges are strictly single-use only. Using a cartridge more than once can lead to skin infections, irritation, and dull needles that may damage the skin tissue.
What is your return policy for beauty devices?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on devices that have been opened or used.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do the devices come with a warranty?
Yes, all Dr. Pen devices purchased through our store include a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any technical defects or malfunctions under normal use.
